Mizer mechanical operators have self-adjusting chain tighteners that eliminate expensive routine maintenance. Beware of the need to have "access panels" or "easily removed end panels" on your system. These requirements are there to facilitate service calls required to tighten or adjust the chain(s) as they stretch with use.
